Meaford LTC Redevelopment

186 Cook Street Meaford, ON

As a long-standing member of the beautiful Meaford community, peopleCare is excited to continue working with our many partners to redevelop Meaford Long-Term Care – building a brand-new, bright and modern 128-bed long-term care home in the heart of town. Construction is underway and we look forward to welcoming residents to their new home in Fall of 2022.

Currently home to 77 residents, Meaford Long-Term Care is the only long-term care home in the Municipality. The changing demographics in this flourishing community are creating a greater demand for a range of senior living options and care needs. As the first step in a planned campus of care that will eventually include a range of services and housing options for older adults, our development will make it possible for more seniors to remain in the community they know and love, receiving the quality care and services they need and deserve.

peopleCare is already one of the largest employers in Meaford, and we’re looking for even more caring hearts and helping hands to join our team. Visit our Careers page for more information. As a family owned and operated organization, we are pleased to have this opportunity to enhance care and services for local seniors, create new jobs and support the local economy.
