Meaford LTC Redevelopment
199 Thompson St Meaford, ON
Now Open as of December 15, 2022!
As a long-standing member of the beautiful Meaford community, peopleCare worked closely with our many partners to redevelop Meaford Long-Term Care. The bright and modern, brand-new 128-bed Home is located right in the heart of town.
The changing demographics in the flourishing community are creating a greater demand for a range of senior living options and care needs. Meaford Long-Term Care is the only long-term care Home in the municipality. Our redevelopment makes it possible for more seniors to remain in the community they know and love, receiving the quality care and services they need and deserve.
As a family owned and operated organization – and one of the largest employers in Meaford – we are pleased to have this opportunity to enhance care and services for local seniors, create new jobs and support the local economy. We’re looking for even more caring hearts and helping hands to join our team. Visit our Careers page for more information.
📽️ Check out how @peopleCare_ca's incredible Meaford #LTC team transformed the courtyard into a winter wonderland❄️that brings the season's magic to life for residents, families and team members.

Celebrating the progress long-term care homes are making to bring new #LTC homes to their communities. This summer in North Bay, residents, @NatKusendova and @VictorFedeli marked the mid-point of construction at Sienna Senior Living’s Northern Heights Community. #FeelGoodFriday
