As a family owned organization, making decisions and providing care in a way that reflects peopleCare’s Values has always been at the heart of what we do.

peopleCare’s annual Values Awards celebrate excellence in our organization and recognize team members who go above and beyond in demonstrating our Values.

Given how our outstanding teams have continued to step up these past months, we knew our focus this year had to be on our Value of People and on showing our appreciation for all the ways our staff demonstrate this Value every day.

For 2021, we acknowledge and thank our team members for treating our residents, families, partners and one another with the Care, Respect and Kindness that exemplifies our Value of People – especially at a time when it matters so much.

During our special Values Awards Week, Dec 13-17, we’re celebrating our dedicated staff across our Homes with many fun activities, heartfelt messages of thanks, festive meals, gifts and tokens of appreciation, service awards, opportunities for peer recognition and much more – all to let them know how special we think they are!

A huge heartfelt thanks to all of peopleCare’s caring, respectful and kind employees for leading in our homes with a genuine purpose, a caring spirit and an open heart. We sincerely appreciate all that you do to provide excellent care and create exceptional experiences for our residents and their families, in safe and happy Homes.
